Backcountry is committed to serving supremely good wine — honestly, at a level well beyond what's typical for a wine bar. Our mission is to share the highest potential of this rich, diverse region with anyone who walks through the door.
The menu rotates constantly, so we don't print specific bottles — but the producers below are on heavy rotation, just to give you a feel.

Our flights consist of a taste of 6 wines (2oz each) fully personalized & customized to your requests, presented with backstory & insight on each wine to create an educational experience designed to enrich your understanding of Pacific Northwest wines.
Wine By The Glass
$12 – $25
Our rotating selection will always include about a dozen wines from various producers and regions of the Pacific Northwest. From dry whites to crisp rosés — boutique Pinot Noir to rich, bold red varietals — there's always something for everyone.
Wine By The Bottle
Market Price
Pick any bottle off our shelves and settle into the lounge. We provide the ambience, premium glassware, and full tableside service for a modest $20 corkage fee.

Three rotating taps featuring local craft beer and dry cider.
Food
We do not have a food menu in house. However, we do allow outside food!
You are welcome to bring your own or feel free to order delivery.
